Zion and the Art of Armageddon

The man being shot was a Vietcong soldier out of uniform.
Maybe not good of me but that shot reminded me of a Ukraine village that welcomed the Russian in and then turned on them managing to kill a number. I thought thanks to the famous photo - oh no. Then Russians later go around looking for particular people.

Interestingly that very famous photo was entirely legal and within the laws of war. The man being shot was a Vietcong soldier out of uniform.

Who apprantly had just killed / butchered (?) a policeman’s (?) family in there home ???

Dunno what you are on about noseall
It's not difficult to understand.

My home page (PC) is a series of news articles from a huge variety of news sources. You can usually tell the ones from The Wail without even clicking the article - due to the gammon enraging headline and subsequent opening few lines.
I bestow it upon myself to read past the moron grabbing info' so that I can educate idiots (like yourself) on this very forum.

The US have announced that they have paused a shipment of heavy weight munitions to Israel. Big bombs mentioned elsewhere and some mid weight ones. Some of the cash advance was said to refresh iron dome missiles. Odd as they are Israeli joint developed with India but there are signs that they have also sold them to Israel but it appears they can make them themselves. Suppose they have to be paid for who ever produces them.

Wording though. They don't want Israel to attack Rafar. They have seen no clear plans for ensuring civilians are not harmed.. Double talk. Don't attack. Look after the civilians .......................... From the defence secretary.

2)HAMAS. Seems he heard the same as me. The US wants shut of them. Might fit in with Filly and US telling Qatar to expel the HAMAS political people there.

You really imagine FillyB. has that much influence on foreign policy?

Miller has had a long spout He usually says nothing when asked about Gaza This time he indicate the US has appled pressure, maybe more changes to weapon supplies. Also pointed out the obvious - an attack on Rafar will totally screw up aid deliveries. So far they are not happy with any of the truck numbers that have been achieved and have always asked for more, As the figure of 500 has been achieved in the past this puts this aspect into perspective.

The illegal use of US weapons aspect. They have repeated asked Israel to reduce civilian deaths and are not happy about the results. Still too many. They have their dept that looks into illegal use etc. Reports say Israel is the only country where the results from these have to be passed by Blinken. From some one who claimed to have been involved in this area.

Gaza and West Bank and the ICC, Not within the ICC's jurisdiction. Bit odd really as a number of things Israel do are clearly outside of what an occupying country can do to the occupied. Interesting to consider weapons supply considering this. US just veto anything that comes up via the UN security council and disregard UN comments which are always law based. Loads of them.

Well Biden has been clearer than usual. Go into Rafar and they wont support Israel. Defensive stuff only. That seemed to figure in the budget they recently came up with. Iron Dome missiles. The initial attack would have used up more than usual. The double talk by the defence secretary though - pass. Fact is there will be a lot of noises about any attempt to move at least 1.3m people.

  • Israel’s far-right Security Minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, has lashed out at US President Biden after he suspended some arms shipments to Israel, writing on X that “Hamas loves Biden”.
He does not, however, specify whether they'd like to be in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g.

It seems there has been an internal call to sack certain members of the Israeli cabinet due to the noises they make. Seems it's not a good idea if they are having US problems. I suspect in terms of the coalition not many would be left if this was done correctly.

Strange that the actions that are unlawful in occupied territory never gets a mention via the US. However there was a settler withdrawal from Gaza that may well relate to them. What will happen in the West Bank though?

West Bank recent days. A large group of Israeli police turn up at a settlement of ~1000 Bedouin with a bulldozer. They destroy a number of buildings which leaves ~400 without a home. Some plan mentioned. The buildings were illegal. It's not clear to me how long this law has been around or how long the buildings have been either. However all Israeli settlement are illegal under international law and they are increasing the rate new ones are accepted. Make me think this aspect wont change under the final plan - get as many going as possible or increase their leverage if it comes to arguments about it. Previously a few have been knocked down as part of some negotiations or the other.

The eviction of all residents, demolition of the residential buildings and evacuation of associated security personnel from the Gaza Strip was completed by September 12, 2005. The eviction and dismantlement of the four settlements in the northern West Bank was completed ten days later.

Their water and electricity supplies probably went with them as well. Israeli use only roads? Maybe those too. The area has been used a cheaper housing suburb hence the roads. Seems some Israeli couldn't afford to live anywhere else.
