Given that PRV is more for expansion it would tend to be cooler but could still be up @ >95deg in a stat fault condition. The outlet pipework should really be able to deal with hot water temps for a period of time.
Would it be the end of the world if it wasn't, probably not.
If the MI doesn't specify though then it would usually fall back to standards and that would usually be to use pipework that can deal with higher temps.
