Terraced house, damp?

Hello group, I am renovating a terraced house to rent out, my son has been living in it whilst it's being renovated. Initially we had a problem with what looks like moisture on the walls, it only affects certain areas. Got the house re-rendered last year after taking advice from a local builder, however the problem still persists, its a small terraced house built around 1910, with sandstone and brick solid walls, there is not much ventilation, only a few trickle vents on a few of the windows, the patches appear on both the exterior, interior & party walls in the living room, any advice would be appreciated, I have included a few photo's below, thank you.

Those last two images look like condensation streaming. Do you notice surface water when its cold and you have the heating on?

If its water penetration then it will be wet/wetter after rain. Otherwise its condensation. If you have not have the plaster replaced from previous dampness then its the salts attracting moisture.

Is the party wall damp where you or the neighbours chimney flue is?

Thank you for the response Woody, the chimney's are not situated on a party wall, they have their own stack on an internal wall. The staining appears most of the time whether it's raining or not, does seem to be worse when the central heating is on. When touched, it feels damp, but there is no moisture on your hand after you've touched it.
