I turned it off just to see if it maybe causing issues, but it makes no difference on or off

Wifi card is inside the box, tried moving card out of box still have same problem, I don't think it will take an aerial

And you say its a euro 46 panel? Metal box ?

You need a digi-wifi-xa (external ariel). The one you have is for an enforcer panel which is ok as it is in a plastic enclosure

What's cost of a digi wifi xa?
I doubt the installer changes it now

How long ago was it installed? Have you raised the issue with your installer and have they attended site to conduct any tests.
