Alarm sounded last night and this morning at 4.00 am. Went out this morning, opened and closed all the doors and tail gate, locked thereafter.

Am I correct that the alarm is triggered by the light switch on the door as well as the sensor in the car (ultrasonic?)

How do I go about finding out what is causing alarm trigger

Would OBD show which sensor was triggered ?

Discovered the tail gate was being impeded from latching fully by the boot liner. Repositioned said liner, no more false alarm
