Help with bathroom light

Well the clips will be 120 degrees from each other, it's hard to see how they hold the glass in place though. Are there slots for the clips on the light fitting anywhere it looks like I can see two from the photo?

If this is the arrangement I'm thinking of the 2 narrow parts of the clip go into each end of the slot, I cant tell from your pic but if the narrow part is one sided, that flat side sits against the glass.
You will require 2 people in order to pick the clips up when the ping out of your hand.
