Fence posts - what width would you use for this sort of project?

I'm going to be building practically this in the corner of my garden:

What size (width) posts would you suggest for a project like this? Would 4 x 4inch be overkill?

4 x 4 is best

Use post savers to stop them rotting just below the soil level
