Transition flashing

Hello roofers and DIYers

Is anybody aware of where you can buy transition flashing/pitch break flashing? It seems to be common in the US but I can't find any reference to it or similar products on the UK market.

I need some for a roofing project where differently pitched roofs of two adjoining outbuildings meet. One 'tall' pitched tile roof meets a shallow pitched steel sheet roof at an angle of 160 degrees. I am replacing the steel sheet roof and there appears to be some kind of transition flashing in place that goes under the tile roof and over the steel sheets.

I have considered 110 degree steel abutment flashing but I don't think it has enough flex to work properly.

Has anyone got any ideas or would I be best trying to get it custom made or something?
