Sorry if this seems a stupid question .....
Virtually all the images I see of single lever kitchen taps show the lever on the RIGHT.

Are there any problems with installing with the lever on the LEFT? I guess the levers are designed to be pulled forward (like this Franke tap) - and that if used on the right they might need to be pushed back and this would not be good.
Can the lever be easily used on the left (and still pull the lever forward)?
