Germany’s parliament is expected to partly legalise cannabis on Friday after a heated debate about the pros and cons of allowing easier access to the drug.

About 7 million Germans are estimated to regularly use cannabis. The government has said previously that many users rely on the drug for medicinal reasons and that the new law will also improve the quality of cannabis consumed by growing numbers of young people.
Adults will be permitted to grow up to three plants and possess small amounts of cannabis from 1 April, and three months later it will also be available in licensed not-for-profit clubs established to grow and distribute the cannabis plant. The US Justice Department’s recommendation on Tuesday that cannabis be classified as a schedule three drug – the same as ketamine and Tylenol with codeine – does not legalise recreational use outright, but opens the way to lighter punishments as well as greater private investment tax benefits for the industry. A friend of mine suffers from Exploding Head Syndrome - yeah, i thought of Scanners when i heard of it too, but it's a genuine affliction. They microdose to self-medicate the condition as "doctor's know sh!t and do f.all" to help them get any sleep. Better regulation would help make it easier and safer for them to obtain a regular dose to treat this problem and, most importantly, decriminalise the need to treat such afflictions safely...and legally.

It's the CBD that helps pain, this can, and should be available for pain relief. No need to smoke it.
CBD is a refined 'erb with the THC taken out - a decaff drug, if you will. And the use of psychadelics to treat headaches piqued my curiosity since the chemical compound is so close to aspirin, it makes some sort of sense to trial such treatment. I don't imagine it'll ever be available on the NHS but if i suffered from a 'suicide headache' i'd certainly give it a try. I find it hard to sleep with an extraneous sounds around and the idea of trying to count sheep while a madman plays the bongos in my brain is impossible.
