Help identifying conservatory guttering please

Our conservatory guttering leaks and is proving to be a bit of a nightmare to sort out. It's a long story, they don't make this type anymore apparently but access to one side is severely limited so a straight replacement isn't easy either.

I'm wondering if maybe I can get hold of some parts if I know what I'm dealing with... ?

Yeah, I've found a few like it, got a friendly builder popping over tomorrow to help me try to find a product code.
