Hi, I have recently moved house and I want to screw in a large set of bookcases into my bedroom wall. The problem is that through the wall is the bathroom and I am worried about hitting any pipes. I dont have any family members to ask for advice and so I thought I would ask here to make sure. As background information the wall in the bathroom has a toilet, free standing bath and sink along it with boxed piping running along the bottom of the wall. There is also a shower in the bathroom but that is on the other wall. The screws are one inch long ,the house is a 1858 property with high ceilings and the wall is brick built (not stud wall). I have included photos for reference. Thanks in advance, Vanessa.
