Hi,

I'm after a bit of advice please. I had my hob extractor fitted and then had it tiled shortly afterwards. Unfortunately the tiler has left an 8mm gap between the tiles and extractor as it isn't possible to cut such a small sliver and wasn't feasible to start with a cut tile due to the layout.

So I basically need to lower the extractor by about 8mm. It is screwed through key-hole slots. I thought about sticking in some quadrant trim but they don't seem to go down to this size.

Any suggestions of the best way of going about this? I'm just concerned that drilling new holes so close to the existing ones will cause them to collapse. Maybe drill down at a bit of an angle?

Cheers
