Mistake with MOT 1 Depth Urgent

Hi All

I have mistakenly filled a void of 400mm with MOT 1 and i need to know the best way to compact it down. I dont want to remove it all, but if i need to i will. I am having porcelain slabs on the top and i have been told they will sink, as non of it has been compacted yet.
Please help asap

You have to use a wacker and compress it in layers of about 3" or thereabouts to build it up to your finished level.
 
Thanks freddie - im just looking at wackers now and there is one with 30kn force i can hire. Do you think that would be enough force for wackering as it is
 
No it needs to be in layers, otherwise you'll just be compressing the top bit. But you probably know that already really.
