    Washing machine NTC sensor resistance

I found the triac in question. Its fixed to a heat sink on the pcb. Watching a few videos on YT, I tested it and appears to be faulty so I got the part number of it and ordered one. Will post the results of fitting the new triac.

    Wall painting preperation

The house I bought 2 years ago was painted through with white emulsion prior to going on the market. What prep work should I do to the bathroom walls before using mid sheen emulsion? I tend to use Johnstones brand paint.

    Slow cranking Toyota corolla 2003

Get the battery fully charged which will only be possible if all the cells are in good condition. Then do a crank test. Unless others can tell you better, the voltage across the battery should not drop below 9.5v with the engine cranking.

    Washing machine NTC sensor resistance

There's no heater relay plugged into the module that I can see. The two wires off the ntc sensor lug into the main module and appear to have good continuity. The water level sensor has a two pin plug with the other end plugged into the module. There's no continuity between the sensor's...

    Washing machine NTC sensor resistance

I've looked at the water level sensor, pipe and wire connections. All seem good. I took the sensor off and checked the contacts for n/o and n/c operation with the meter while blowing air in to the spout. Not sure which should open and close but the diaphragm works. Two wires with spade...

Dedietrich DOD428XU11, oven blowing RCD trip.

If its of interest/useful, my combined over/grill has top, rear and bottom grill elements. It was in the house I moved into 2 years ago and was tripping the RCD. On investigation, both the top and rear elements were both leaking to earth. Its an old Kuppersbusch and the label was faded so I...

    Washing machine NTC sensor resistance

Bosch WAE28162GB/09 What resistance value should the sensor have at 17° C room temperature? .........I've measured 5kΩ with my meter! The water isn't heating. I've measured the heater element resistance and that's 27Ω.

Is there a reset procedure for a Bosch washing machine?

The washer's been replaced with a new 45 min wash/7kg Hotpoint. Its owner didn't want to spend any money on the old Bosch.

    Scarifier spindle rotation

I made a small cowling out of plastic to direct the motor's vented air towards the collector box so its somewhat improved.

    Levelling a garage floor

There's a slight dip in the concrete of about 1/4", 20" long, at the middle under the roller door so the weather can get in. The door's bottom edge is undamaged and has a straight edge and the rubber seal is good.. What product should I look for to render the floor level? ......or do I use...
