    You want some ardex a45 rapid and some mesh mate to bridge the ply and screed. Then prime and a full coat of a fibre compound like ardex k40HB

    The liquid Dpm lets moisture through at a slower rate. I’d get that down and up the bricks an inch. Ardex DPM1c is the best one I’d say but they are mostly similar ardex DPM1c Fball F77 Tilemaster one coat Dpm

    Now you have the vinyl up it will dry out a bit. Looking at that I’d say ardex Na or similar then a epoxy Dpm

    Always best to Dpm it yes. How old is the sub floor? Is the land outside higher or lower then the inside floor. ( water table )

    Sand and cement with a visqueen sheet under it to the level of the asphalt then top it off with ardex DPM1c epoxy or similar making sure you overlap it to the asphalt

    Then you will need a liquid Dpm doing. So my order would be - Plywood wood areas Self level with a moisture tolerant company like ardex Na to the level of the plywood Apply a epoxy Dpm to the screed Prime & Self level ( smoothing compound ) to the whole area at 5mm

    You need to uplift all the tiles. Plywood the wood sections with 6mm flooring grade plywood . How old is the sub floor? Does it have a visqueen Dpm under it

    A right pain fixing the, as they look like T&G floorboards. To stop the creaks you would need to pva glue every joint. You could multi tool each joint in the bad areas but have to be careful doing that.
